We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL

The delivery time for your order depends on two main factors: handling time and transit time.

Handling time:

This is the time it takes to process your order before it’s handed over to the carrier. Handling times vary by product:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tees, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Mugs: 1–3 business days

Transit Time:

For U.S. Orders:
We use carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most deliveries are completed via the USPS local post network.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

For International Orders:
We ship via DHL eCommerce and the package is handed off to your local postal service.

  • Estimated delivery time: 20–25 business days

NOTE:

  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external conditions.

  • Orders will only be processed with a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your information at checkout.

  • Every shipment includes a tracking link for real-time updates.

SHIPPING RATE

  • First item: $4.99

  • Each additional item: $2.50

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

All shipping addresses are validated using USPS address verification tools.
If your address is invalid or incomplete:

  • Your order will be placed on hold until we receive a corrected address.

  • We may cancel your order if we don’t hear back after a reasonable period.

  • You’ll be contacted via the email address provided in your order.

Important: If the package is undeliverable due to an invalid address, and it is returned to us, we will not offer a re-shipping option. Payments are processed once, and we do not retain billing details for further charges.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, some delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Supplier-related issues

  • Holiday season backlogs

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

ITEM NOT RECEIVE

If the estimated time frame has passed and you have not yet received your order, here’s what you should do:

  • First, check the shipment status using the tracking link we provided.
    • If the tracking status indicates "delivered," please check your mailbox and any locations where the mail carrier may have left your package.
    • If you still cannot find it, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
    • If the tracking status shows that the package is still in transit, kindly wait an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
    • If you missed the delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
  • For US orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 20 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
  • For international orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 35 days have elapsed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
